WATER SUPPLY : 24 hours water supply through Deep Tubewell. Concealed with copper wire, Modular switches, A.C. point in all bed rooms and hall, Four electric point including one plug point in all switch board in all bed room.
ELECTRICAL : Bed Room - Two light points, One fan point, One 5A plug point. one A.C. point. Kitchen - One Light point, One Exhaust fan point, One 15 amp plug point and one 5 amp plug point. Toilet:One light point, exhaust point and one Geyser point will be provided. Verandah - One light point. Dining - Three light points, Two Fan point, One 5A plug point, One 15A plug point
SEWERAGE : ALL sewerages lines will be connected to the septic tank through underground pipeline, surface, drainage system will be provided if required connecting to the said drain.
WATER LINE/PLUMBING : Concealed PVC pipelines in Toilets and kitchen.
